As there was only one race sailed in the Nacra 15 fleet yesterday, they are scheduled to complete four races today. There will be three further races in Windsurfing, with the slalom single elimination format coming into play today.

Elsewhere, the Kiteboarding fleet will complete Final A and Final B to conclude race one, and then have four more races with two heats and two finals within each race.

Stronger winds are expected this afternoon, with 10-15 knots of wind due to remain throughout the day. The south south easterly wind may turn slightly in a south westerly direction later on.

Today’s winds will have a big impact on the current, with 10cm-15cm more water anticipated than on previous days. The tide is due to change at around 15:00, with a maximum downstream current of 1 knot and upstream of 1.4 knots.
